Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of amuletpeptides.com (the “Site”) and to every order placed through it. Read them before you order. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy, to our Shipping & Returns policy, and to our Legal Disclaimer, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or order from it.

2. Who may order
You may use the Site and order products only if you are at least 21 years of age, are legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and are ordering either on your own behalf as a qualified researcher or on behalf of a laboratory, research institution, clinic conducting research, or educational institution. By placing an order you represent and warrant that each of these statements is true.
3. Research use only
Every product sold on the Site is supplied strictly for laboratory research. Products are not drugs, medicines, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, administration, or application of any kind, and they have not been evaluated or approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration or by any other regulatory authority for any purpose.
By ordering, you certify that:
- the products will be used solely for in vitro laboratory research or other lawful research purposes;
- the products will be handled only by persons qualified and trained to handle laboratory materials;
- no product will be introduced into any human or animal by any route;
- no product will be resold, transferred, or supplied to anyone for any purpose other than laboratory research; and
- you hold every permit, license, and approval that your research requires.
We may ask for further information about your research use before accepting or fulfilling an order, and we may refuse or cancel any order where we are not satisfied that the products will be used as this section describes.

Because our products are supplied for laboratory research only, we do not provide, and you agree not to request, information about the preparation, handling beyond storage, or use of any product. Storage information is given solely to preserve the material as supplied. Product descriptions, specifications, and laboratory reports are provided for identification and quality documentation and must not be read as advice or as a recommendation for any application.
5. Product information and laboratory reports
We take reasonable care to describe each product accurately, including its compound name, stated quantity, form, and storage conditions. Where a laboratory report is published for a batch, the report records the results obtained by the named independent laboratory on the stated date for the sample submitted. A report describes that batch as tested. It is not a guarantee that any individual vial will produce identical results in another laboratory, and it is not a warranty of suitability for any particular purpose.
Product images are illustrative. Labels, packaging, and presentation may change between batches without notice.
6. Orders, prices, and availability
Prices are quoted in United States dollars and exclude shipping charges and any applicable taxes or duties, which are shown before you complete checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price charged is the price shown when your order is placed.
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept the offer, and a contract is formed, only when the products are dispatched. Before dispatch we may decline or cancel an order in whole or in part, including where a product is unavailable, where a price or product detail was displayed in error, where we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity, or where we are not satisfied that the order meets sections 2 and 3. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.
We may limit the quantity of any product per order or per customer.
7. Payment
Payment is due in full when the order is placed. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which include major credit and debit cards. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; full card numbers are not stored on our systems. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Where a payment method requires manual confirmation, the order is held until the payment has been received and confirmed.
8. Shipping, title, and risk
Products are dispatched under our Shipping & Returns policy. Title to the products, and the risk of loss or damage, pass to you when the carrier delivers the shipment to the address you gave at checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for ensuring someone can receive the shipment where the carrier requires it.
We ship only to the destinations listed on the Site. You are responsible for confirming that the import, possession, and use of the products is lawful at the delivery address, and for any duties, taxes, or customs charges on a shipment outside the United States.
9. Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled exclusively under our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: sealed, unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, and items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or missing are replaced or credited after review. Opened or unsealed products cannot be returned.
10. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- purchase, use, or supply any product for human or veterinary consumption, administration, or application;
- purchase, use, or supply any product in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
- misrepresent your identity, your qualifications, or the intended use of any product;
- use the Site to transmit malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with its operation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or another customer’s account; or
- reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content from the Site without our prior written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site and decline future orders if we believe you have breached these Terms.
11. Compliance with law
You are solely responsible for compliance with every federal, state, and local law and regulation that applies to your purchase, possession, storage, handling, use, and disposal of the products, including laws governing research materials and laboratory safety. Nothing on the Site is legal, regulatory, or scientific advice.
12. Accounts
You may create an account to manage orders. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@amuletpeptides.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
13. Intellectual property
The Site and everything on it, including text, product descriptions, graphics, photographs, logos, page layouts, and software, is owned by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property law. The name Amulet Peptides and the Amulet Peptides logo are our trademarks. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own reference in connection with an order; you may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of the Site without our written permission.
14. Third parties
The Site relies on third-party providers for payment processing, shipping, and email, and it may link to websites operated by others. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”. Except as expressly stated in these Terms or in our Shipping & Returns policy, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any product is suitable for any research application you may have in mind.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Amulet Peptides and its owners, employees, contractors, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or research results, arising out of or in connection with the Site, these Terms, or any product, however caused and under any theory of liability. Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for the products in that order.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties or damages to be excluded or limited. In those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law permits.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amulet Peptides and its owners, employees, contractors, and suppliers from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your purchase, possession, handling, use, or disposal of any product, including any use inconsistent with section 3.
18. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about an order, contact us at support@amuletpeptides.com before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We respond to every support request within one business day and resolve most cases directly. A chargeback on an order that was delivered as described may result in your account being suspended and future orders being declined while the dispute is reviewed.
19. Privacy
How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site you consent to the practices described there.
20. Communications
By placing an order you agree to receive transactional emails about it, including confirmations, shipping notifications, and support replies. Marketing email is sent only where you have opted in, and you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing message.
21. Events beyond our control
We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, severe weather, natural disaster, epidemic, labor dispute, governmental action, or failure of utilities or communications networks.
22. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which COMPANY LEGAL NAME] maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or to an order will be brought in the state or federal courts of that state, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. 23. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them without restriction. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Shipping & Returns policy, and the Legal Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and Amulet Peptides regarding the Site and your orders and replace any earlier agreement.
24. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the Site after a change is posted is acceptance of the updated Terms.
