Who performs the testing?
An independent analytical laboratory with no ownership or financial connection to Amulet Peptides. Each report names the laboratory and states the lot number, the compound, the quantity, and the date of analysis, so it can be checked against the vial in front of you.
Where do I find the report for my lot?
The lot number is printed on every vial label. Email it to support@amuletpeptides.com and we send the report the same business day; an online lookup by lot number is being added to the Quality standards page. Reports stay available after a batch has sold through.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12:00 pm Eastern Time on a business day leave the same day by USPS with tracking. Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days, and 2-Day and Overnight options are offered at checkout. US orders over $200 ship free.
Which payment methods do you take?
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted at checkout, with any further options shown on the payment step. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our own systems.
Can I return an order?
Sealed, unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Anything that arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing is replaced or credited after we review the case. The full terms are on the Shipping & returns page.
Do you give instructions for use?
No. Everything we supply is for laboratory research only and is not for human consumption. Our team does not provide information on preparation, handling beyond storage, or use, and cannot answer questions on those topics.
